Price And UOM Is Greyed Out While Entering A New Subline For Existing Contract Line (Doc ID 2183126.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Service Authoring

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Price And UOM is greyed out while entering a new subline for an existing Contract line in Service Contracts.

When entering a new line, if we click on Pricing Tab, Price & UOM field is greyed out . Click a previous line and then navigate back to new line enables Price and UOM fields.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
 Price and UOM field should be editable for each subline

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Service Contracts Manager responsibility
2. Create a contract Manually
3. Enter multiple line details
4. Now start adding subline to each line.
5. After entering first subline , second subline price and UOM are greyed out.
