1. In Lease Workbench while trying to enter a lease payment date, outside the base lease date, the below error appears

APP-PN-49131: The end date you entered is later than the lease termination date.

2. Lease has been terminated via Amend functionality, but it is possible to re-amend the terminated lease ?

3. Locations Tab: Error 'APP-PN-49515: A tenancy with similar occupancy dates already exists for this lease' is generated when the user attempts to assign a location to a lease, and the location is already associated with at least one other lease Why ?

4. Error 'APP-PN-49512: You cannot create normalized payments outside the lease term' occurs when user attempts to add a new payment term or extend the termination date of an existing term.

5. Why is the 'Ship-To Site' field on the Payments-Billing Tab required on a third party lease?

6.Why there is a gap in Lease number sequence ?

7. What is the procedure for terminating or cancelling a lease?

8. Unable to update lease commencement date for finalized lease with no approved schedules why ?

10. On attempt to save a lease, the below error is spawned:

FRM-40735: ON-INSERT trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-04062

11. When attempting to amend a lease to early termination, the following error occurs.

PN_UNAPPROVE_SCH_FOR_RETRO_MSG

Or it can occur as following:

"There are approved schedules containing items from this term. Please unapprove schedules in the affected periods before making this change."

12. When attempting to extend payment term end date, the following error occurs.

APP-PN-49683: You cannot extend the payment term end date.

13. Why the Descriptive Flexfield details are not getting transferred from Property Manager to AP or AR ?
