Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Landed Cost Management

User finds records stuck in Transaction Status Summary with Processing Status as LC Interfaced

No relevant error is shown

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Log in using Inventory Responsibility> Transaction Status Summary>Find records with Processing Status as LC Interfaced.
2. Corresponding records are stuck in inl_ship_headers_int with processing_status_code = 'ERROR'
3. When user updates the processing_status_code = 'PENDING' and re-run "Shipments Interface Import (INLOIP) by Group Id, records getting processed.
