Applies to:Oracle Spares Management - Version 12.1.3 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.
There is no option to select the UOM code in parts requirement Html.
1. Login to Oracle Apps.
2. R) Field Service Manager -> Spares Management -> Spares Logistics -> Parts Requirement Html
3. When trying to create a PR, the UOM code is defaulted. Need an option to select the value from LOV.
Technician bought various shades of Paints and from which he need to create the final paint code so for this he need some 'ltr' or 'ml' quantity from those shades to make the final paint. For e.g.
S.No# Total Quantity of Drum Required Quantity
A Shade : 1 Drum = 10 Ltr 2 ltr or some MLtr
B Shade : 1 Drum = 10 Ltr 4 ltr or some MLtr
C Shade : 1 Drum = 10 Ltr 5 ltr or some MLtr
All the conversions are defined in the Inventory and are working fine in case of Move Order process. However from FSTP (Field Service Technician Portal) for the required shades, this is not appearing.
Parts screen shows the Primary UOM of the item selected only, Cannot select the UOM that is needed when requesting the Part with the same quantity. Found while debriefing there is an LOV for UOM Need the LOV for UOM at the time of requesting as well.
