Symptoms
After creating a new item, When users are trying to save the inventory item it automatically opens the item catalog screen.
An error also comes and this is Not letting users save the item.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Master Item
2. Create a Item
3. Try to save it, and the error comes
