Symptoms

Create Accounting has been run for the period.

When attempting to close a period, an error message is displayed

The period cannot be set to Closed or Closed Pending.the XXXX period,
the following error occurs.

APP-AR-11316: Please run Revenue Recognition Program before closing the period.
