Unable To Update Federal W-4 Information. HRSSA Workflow Is Failing After RUP9 (Doc ID 2184441.1)

Symptoms

In Employee Self-Service Tax Form 12.1.3 RUP9, when updating Federal W-4 the notification confirms changes were saved but changes were not actually saved.

An Error occurred in the following Workflow:

Changes made to the Federal W-4 in SSHR should be saved both in SSHR and in the application.


Steps to Reproduce

  1. Employee Self-Service > Tax Form
  2. Change: Allowance, Marital Status
  3. Submit
  4. W-4 Notification states changes were saved
  5. Save
  6. Observe that changes were not saved and settings reverted back
