 This guide can be used to debug and gather information needed for analyzing problems that occur in iAssets. This may not be the complete reference to iAsset issues.

 Scope: This is intended for both Functional and Technical users.

1 When attempting to perform an iAsset Transfer find, searching by Asset number finds no results found
 2 Unable to see Export Button
 3 Asset is getting transferred without approval
 4 Unable to pass “Effective Transfer Date” while creating transfer request
 5 User is unable to find Releasing Approver
 6 Limited number of records getting processed by Post Asset Transfer Requests program (IAPTFR)
 7 While creating transfer request seeing either of below errors:
 Unable to find person ID: -1
Unable to find an object with the name EmployeeVO
 8 IAPTFR: Post Asset Transfer Requests not picking up records
 9 For IAPTFR: Post Asset Transfer Requests, parameter LOV for BOOK doesn't show book name to which asset belongs.
 10 Transfer Request failing with workflow error like IAWF.Get_Next_Approver(IAWF, 11111, 122230, Get next approver ID:l_chain_phase=RECEIVE)
 11  Getting error in iAsset as : There is no cost center setup for <employee name>
 12  Unable to find Approvers in LOV
