On : 12.1.3 after FEB 2016 RPC patch 22471980

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Unable to export after patching.

Customer expects to be able to export.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Apply patch.
2. Try to export invoices and get just a blank page.

The issue has the following business impact:
