Created an invoice in AR and query the invoice in iReceivables to dispute the invoice but the "Dispute" button is not visible.

Steps to Reproduce:
Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation: Transaction> Transaction

1)  Create an Invoice

Responsibility: iReceivables
Navigation: Customer search

2)  Search for the invoice created in above step to dispute.
     The Dispute button is not visible.
