ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Accounts to Agents Assignment are missing Apply and Cancel-buttons.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Accounts to Agents Assignment should have Apply and Cancel-buttons.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Email Center Administrator or Email Center Supervisor
2. Navigation: Administration -> Email Accounts -> Agents -> Assign Accounts to Agents -> Search for any agent name -> Select Agent -> Click Button "Assign Email Account"

At this stage, one has no chance, to save any assignments or to remove any assignments, because there's neither the "Apply"-button, nor the "Cancel"-button available.
