Missing Records In Customer Account Sites Page, One Record Missing For Every 11 Records (Doc ID 2185018.1)

Symptoms

In R12, under Receivable Manager>Customer>Standard , Query up a customer with more than 10 sites.
Once the customer is returned, click on the 'Detail' link on the Account.

When using the "Next 10" link to scroll through account sites, it skips one record between scrolling.

Eg: For a customer with 50 sites we will not see 4 records.
We will see records 1 - 10 and 12 - 21 and 23 - 32 and 34 - 43 and 45 - 50.
Skipping records 11, 22, 33 and 44.


But the missing records are not always the same if the customer change the order by another column
