Brazilian localization 12.2.4

Which table has replaced the name and address columns of the JL_BR_COMPANY_INFOS table in R12?
What form should be used to update the details?

Need to update the data in the JL_BR_COMPANY_INFOS table.
Unable to find any form in front end to update the data.
When checked, it was shown in metalink that this table is no longer used in R12. It is obsolete.
