Symptoms

Format Payment Instructions requests are completing in Warning status.

The concurrent request log shows the following:

* The above paths are samples only.

The message may also appear for Positive Pay File requests. However, these requests may still complete normally.


STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Submit payment
2. Process through Formatting stage
3. Observe formatting completes in warning

BUSINESS IMPACT
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, payment files are not being created in the correct location for processing.
