Local Service Tax (LST) For Pennyslvania Stops At YTD of $52 And Not the 2016 Increased Amount

On : 12.1 HRMS RUP8 version, US Payroll Tax Issues

Any Local Service Tax (LST) which was had a YTD maximum deduction of $52.00 and has increased per locality, is stopping before the maximum amount has been reached.

The Local Service Tax (LST) for multiple localities in the State of Pennsylvania should increase to the new maximum amount referenced in the Vertex Calculation guide.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run a quick pay or payroll for example an employee working in the location of Scranton, Pennsylvania Local Service Tax (LST)
2. Confirmed the LST tax is stopped at $52.00
3. In this example, the LST tax should continue to deduct until a $104.00 YTD was reached.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot deduct the correct amount from the employee for the Pennsylvania LST taxes for any increase exceeding $52.00 YTD.
