ITS Fails With "INV-No Item Record Test" Error for ISO Line (Doc ID 2185985.1)

Actual Behavior
Internal Sales Order(ISO) line status remains in Shipped status instead of Interface after running Interface Trip Stop(ITS).
The log file of ITS shows the error "INV-No item record test" as below

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create ISO
2. Run ITS
