Candidate Profile Issues in 12.2 RUP 8 Regarding Blank Candidate Details and NullPointerException Error (Doc ID 2185992.1)

Symptoms

1st Issue:

Candidate details are blank in Candidate Profile page.

2nd Issue:

When attempting to view additional jobs which the applicant has applied for, the following error occurs.

This is the same issue which was reported in 12.2 RUP 6 via Bug 21660951. 

STEPS

-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log on to the Applications.

2. Choose the responsibility iRecruitment Manager.

3. Search for a vacancy.

4. Click on Active Applicants link

5. Click on any Applicant name. (Candidate Details will have blank fields - Issue 1)

6. Scroll down to Jobs Applied for region

7. Click on the More link (Issue 2).

 Applied patch 21507777 (12.2 RUP 8).
