Information in this document applies to any platform.
Users need to have easy access to all relevant information pertaining to the Service Requests.
Such information is often stored in the Notes associated to items such as Debrief, Field Service, Tasks, etc.
The requirement is to be able to list all Notes of the objects related or linked to the Service Requests in the History tab of the Service Request pages.
(CsLogsRN, UpdateSRPG and UpdateSRRestrictedPG, and the appropriate region in UpdateSRROPG)
