Symptoms
When using commitment allocation 'Service Provider Optimization' and 'Process Itineraries' are checking all the Commitment Allocations including both Expired and Non Expired.
It is expected to have OTM loading only the available Commitment allocations
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Define 2 commitment allocations, one already expired and one available
2. Plan the order with carrier commitment
3. Review the logs
