Tracking Number Not Populating For All Delivery Details From Shipment Advice When Using Carrier Manifesting

Using Carrier Manifesting Shipment Advice there is one delivery detail row in the WSH_DEL_DETAILS_INTERFACE, but after the shipment advice runs, only the carton detail has the tracking number. The detail for the order line does not.
You have the tracking_number mapped to the tracking_id in the WSHSSNI map, but it is not showing the tracking number for each delivery detail in the Shipping Transaction Form. It is only showing Tracking Number for one.
How can you set this up to display tracking number for each and all delivery details if more than one exists?
