Not All Notes Fields Are Being Shown in Grid In Contact Center (Doc ID 2186526.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
--------------
On the Contact Center on the Notes tab the Description, Created By, etc. and other fields are shown as blank though Detail is seen.
This is happening intermittent.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Open Contact Center form
2. Query for Tag Number
3. Navigate to Note field

=> Grid is shown as blank.
