Not All Notes Fields Are Being Shown in Grid In Contact Center

On : 12.1.3 version, Contact Center


On the Contact Centre on the Notes tab both the Description,Created By etc fields are shown as blank though Detail is seen .This is happening intermittent.

Expect that all the Note fields to be seen as without being shown as blank

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Contact Center form
2. Query for Tag Number LHW375-024
3. Navigate to Note field
See that the Grid is shown as blank.
