Cancellation of Order Line Revert Quantity to Zero (Doc ID 2186791.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to cancel the sales orders line using the Action button from the sales orders form, the line did not change to cancel status. Instead, the order line remains at book status and the quantity changes to a value of 0.
