Symptoms

When hiring an internal applicant in Manager Self Service using the Applicant Hire and Rehire function, we are getting the following error:

ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows ORA-06512: at "APPS.PER_SSHR_CHANGE_PAY", line 3581 ORA-06512: at line 1



Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Begin with Manager Self Service Responsibility
2. Navigate to Applicant Hire and Rehire
3. Select/Query for employee who has been rehired in the past.
4. Attempt to Select a Pay Action
