Error Message Is Displayed When Entering Access Hours And After Hours For The Same Task

On : 12.2.3 version, Dispatch Center

When entering access hours and after hours for the same task, an error pops up, which states 'Error'.   No other details are displayed

Error with empty message.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open SR form, click on Tasks tab, then (B) Access Hours
2. Enter Access Hours and save (Mon-Fri)
3. Enter new record (Down arrow) and enter After Hours (Sat-Sun)
4. Try to save, empty error pops up
