Error INVINV_RSV_SR_NOT_MATCH When Receiving Parts In MFS (Doc ID 2186965.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3,

When receiving parts in MFS the following error occurs 'Failed: INVINV_RSV_SR_NOT_MATCH ' .

This error occurs if the Field service task is reassigned to a different Technician after creating the parts order,
then while receiving the parts the error is displayed: Failed: INVINV_RSV_SR_NOT_MATCH

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a task and assign it to a Technician
2. Create parts Order
3. Reassign task to a different Technician
4. Receive parts order in MFS
5. The error is displayed
