On : 12.1.3 version, Patch Application Issues

After Applying patch 21349448
the following error occurs.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Try to Compile the invalids :

SQL> alter package apps.CSI_ITEM_INSTANCE_PVT compile body;

Warning: Package Body altered with compilation errors.

SQL> show error
