Symptoms

On : 12.2.5 version

When attempting to run HRGLOBAL after 24393103:R12.PER.C - ERROR WITH 'HR_PERSON_API.UPDATE_PERSON' API AFTER PATCH 23525592 ,
the following error occurs.
