Direct Item Entry Error: "Item Not Set Up For Purchase Through This Store" After Upgrade (Doc ID 2187335.1)

On Test:  12.2.5 version, Direct Item

Direct Item Entry Errors after upgrade from 11i.
Adding item via Admin UI resolves the issue, but item from 11i should already exist and no need to add again.

Invalid Item number or Item not set up for purchase through this store

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to iStore
2. Carts > Direct Item Entry
3. Enter Inventory product number
4. Click Fill details



 In order for item to be added via direct item entry page, it must be associated to a section and a minisite.
While item was associated to a section, section-minisite association was missing.

Custom program was used to populate the items in Admin UI.
So, this issue is caused by custom batch program since it was not populating all required tables.
