R12.X: E btax: Tax Details Disappears In Tax Summary Form

When create Payable Invoice and click on the Tax Detail
When the cursor is on field "TAX" then rest of fields are disappearing,
But after press tab the details are appearing.
This is causing confusion for users. The form should be visible at all times.
