Endeca Order Management Full Graph Load Ends In Error (Doc ID 2187435.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Endeca Integration (v5 and lower)

When attempting to run Endeca Order Management full graph load
the following error occurs.

Caused by: java.sql.SQLException: ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: NULL index table key value
ORA-06512: at "APPS.OE_ENDECA_UTILS", line 601
ORA-06512: at line 1


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run the full load for order management and set the "OM: Days for Endeca Full Data Load" as 45 days
