IndexOutOfBoundsException While Accessing Multi Row User Defined Attributes In Item Page (Doc ID 2187473.1)

Symptoms

On :  12.2.4 version Production Instance,

When trying to access Multi Row Attribute Group UDAs in a Item Page (say Regulatory region Multi Row AG),

the following error occurs.

STEPS
-----------------------
1) Navigate to MDM Super User-> Item catalog-> Simple Item search-> query
item-> click on any Item Page (Say Constraints Page) -> and click on any Multi Row Attribute Group (Say Regulatory region Multi Row AG).
2) System throws exception
