- MTL_TRASACTION_ACCOUNTS
TRANS_SRC_TYPE_ID :5
PRIM_QTY : -10
ACC_LINE_TYPE :3
BASE_TRANS_VALUE : -34
RATE_AMOUNT :3.452
COST_ELEM_ID :2
- Functional Currency Parameters
CURRENCY_CODE : JPY
PRECISION : 0

The BASE_TRANS_VALUE is calculated "-34" despite PRIM_QTY:10 and RATE_AMOUNT:3.452. User believes it should be in 35 after rounding.
Why is the BASE_TRANS_VALUE not rounded as 35, but 34?
