Symptoms

When attempting to update and submit SIT (Special Information Type) function transaction in SSHR application, the following error occurs.

Your changes have not been saved because the following error occurred. : A value has been provided for a non-enabled or non-existent descriptive flexfield segment. (SEGMENT=ATTRIBUTE1) (VALUE=2016-12-31 00:00:00.0)

 

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log into application
2. Select Self-Service responsibility
3. Select SIT (Special Information Type) function.
