Service Request Task Details Cursor And Focus Are Out Of Sync (Doc ID 2187787.1)

Symptoms

In 12.2.5 in Service Request form >

When trying to create new tasks and clicking in the task grid, the cursor remains on the new task created but the task details focus is on the first task within the grid.  It should be focused on the new task details

Steps To Reproduce
==========
1. Navigate > Service > Service Request >

2.  Find Service Request > query existing SR# 4195532

3.  Go to Task tab, notice all tasks in the grid.

Cursor displays on first task in the grid Task#2004650

4.  Click on New Task > create a new task by entering required fields

5.  Click save

Notice that task# 2007146 gets saved as expected - however we notice the cursor in the grid display on the new task# 2007146  and the task details focus on and displays the first task details (task#2004650) from the grid instead of the new task details.
