On : 12.2.4 version, Patch Application Issues
ADOP patches failing with ORA-0600 [17090]
After the fresh clone, this is still an issue. cannot apply patches.
While applying patch 22284114, fails with the below error. Ever since then, all patches have been failing with the same errors.
ORA-04045: errors during recompilation/revalidation of APPS.INV_LOT_API_PKG
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [17090], [], [], [], [], [], [], [],
[], [], [], []

Can apply patches that don't have a recompile objects step in them with no problems. Can use wait_on_failed_jobs=yes and flags=autoskip, but then it just gets stuck at the finalize step with the exact same error.
