Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Service Authoring

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Any changes in the contract cannot be updated and in spite of message that transaction was saved.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open an existing contract
2. Change/Update the Description in the contract header and save.
3. Reopen the Contract and the changes are not saved
