MWA login is does not work in SSO mode for users.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Configure MWA for SSO.
2. Log into MWA GUI Device with SSO User
3. Invalid Password received

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use the MWA GUI Telnet Devices.
