When attempting to update timecard after setting Profile option - OTL: Timecard Operating Unit Source to HR Assignment
the following error occurs.

"Invalid Operating unit setup. Please contact your system administrator."

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.navigate to Self Service Time > Recent Timecards
2-Query for timecard , summary data is displayed and when click on Update got the error message
