Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, FA Addition
When attempting to open Post Mass Additions form
the following error occurs.
ERROR
-----------------------
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [1350], [1], [23], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], []
FRM-40735: POST-QUERY trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-00600.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. From Asset responsibility navigate to Mass Additions -> Post Mass Additions
2. Error message is encountered in a pop-up message
