Symptoms

On : R12 version, Accounting Issues in AP

Accounts Payable Trial Balance Report completes in warning

Users upgraded  from 12.1.3 to 12.2.5 and when running Accounts Payable Trial Balance Report, it completes in warning

Post-processing of request 92590904 failed at 17-AUG-2016 12:22:20 with the error message:
One or more post-processing actions failed. Consult the OPP service log for details.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
