Symptoms
When change a field on price list line receive error:

OE_LOCK_ROW_CHANGED
Upon further review, information in table QP_PRICE_LINES field ATTRIBUTE2 has a non-printable character "Required by Brazil�s law, updated to create a transportation invoice."
