Non-Employees without SSN's showing up on ACA 1094-C Error Report - How to Remove? (Doc ID 2188754.1)

Goal

On : 12.1.3 version, HRMS Rup 6 and later

Afordable Care Act (ACA)

After submitting the Authoritative IRS 1094-C file to the IRS, status on the submission remains "Accepted with Errors".

This is due to a few ex-employee records that appear to have been accidentally added to the IRS ACA submission file.

These ex-employees are not US Citizens and do not have an SSN, so they are erroring out.

How do we now exclude those employees from this list now?
