Credit Check Hold Is Not Applied Appropriately Using Party Level Credit Check (Doc ID 2188793.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Credit Check Hold is not applied correctly using Party Level Credit Check Limits

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Currently, using Party level Credit Check, for a customer who has already exceeded the
overall credit limit set up, expecting all of the orders to go on Party level credit hold, whereas,
only some orders are placed on credit hold.

STEPS
1. Via the Order Management Responsibility.
2. Navigate: Orders, Returns > Sales Orders.
3. Enter Order #127152 for the customer in question, attempt to Book it, and it goes on Credit Check Failure Hold as expected.
4. Enter Order #127158 for the customer in question, Book it, and it does NOT go on Credit Check Failure Hold as expected.
