Who receives the reminder notification when a delegate action has occurred based on a vacation rule, and the vacation rule is no longer active by the time a reminder notification is sent?
1. Using Oracle Sourcing, Create an RFQ and submit award for approval. Based on vacation rule delegation of authority, it routes to three approvers - A,B and C
C has vacation rule created and Sourcing award notifications delegate to D as expected per (Vacation Rule From 26-AUG-2016 to 27 -AUG-2016)
2. Login as D and see the award approval notification, but do not respond on the notification
3. After 2 days, Login as approver D and see the notification has been cancelled
4. Login as approver C and see a reminder notification is sent to approver C rather than approver D on 29-AUG-2016
Is this the Standard Functionality that the reminder is sent to C, or should the reminder notification be sent to person D?
