Datafix: PO Receipt Not Showing In Inventory Material Transaction Table (Doc ID 2189369.1)

Symptoms

The Receipt is not showing in Inventory Material Transaction Table although the receipt shows in Purchasing (but there is no information's in MTL_MATERIAL_TRANSACTIONS).

Steps
1. Perform receipt.
2. Check tables:
a. -- updated in INVOICES Tabes(AP_INVOICES_ALL,AP_INVOICE_LINES_ALL,AP_INVOICES_INTERFACE etc..)
b. -- updated in Receipt Tables (RCV_SHIPMENT_HEADERS,RCV_SHIPMENT_LINES,RCV_SHIPMENT_LINES etc..)
c. but there is no information on MTL_MATERIAL_TRANSACTIONS Table.
