When Attempting to Back out a Life Event, Error: 'APP-PAY-07220: The primary key specified is invalid' Occurs (Doc ID 2189422.1)

When attempting to back out a life event, the following error occurs:

APP-PAY-07220: The primary key specified is invalid

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to responsibility US Super HRMS Manager.
2. Navigate to People > Benefits Service Center and query an employee.
3. Select View Person Life Events from the Desktop Activities drop down menu.
4. Attempt to back out the latest life event.
Error occurs.
