Symptoms

Special characters can be seen inside Note Details in History tab upon switching to Rich Text Editor mode (RTE).

Steps:

(R) Customer Support Specialist
(N) Agent Dashboard

 - Update any Service Request
 - Go to the History Tab and review Notes
