Trying to migrate MAC setup data to SLA account derivation rules and journal line definitions. After GMF_MIGRATION post upgrade patch XLA_LINE_ASSGNS_T table is empty.

We checked migration logs from View Migration Log window.
We can see messages below:
Migration Process successfully migrated table XLA_RULES_T. Success=1, Failure=0.
Migration Process successfully migrated table XLA_RULE_DETAILS_T. Success=1, Failure=0.
Migration Process successfully migrated table XLA_CONDITIONS_T. Success=1, Failure=0.
Migration Process successfully migrated table XLA_LINE_ASSGNS_T. Success=1, Failure=0.

So we checked the tables, we can see datas in XLA_RULES_T, XLA_RULE_DETAILS_T, XLA_CONDITIONS_T
but we cannot any data in XLA_LINE_ASSGNS_T.

Also we checked all data in SLA from application.
There is no problem about rules but rules aren't assigned journal line defintions.

Why is this data missing?
