Symptoms

When attempting to Add to Cart a Non Catalog Request, the following error occurs:

ERROR

1. oracle.jbo.ValidationException: JBO-28200: Validation threshold limit reached. Invalid Entities still in cache
2. 0-Error:



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to iProcurement
2. Go to Non Catalog Request
3. Add Description, Category, Quantity, Unit of Measure, Price, Supplier, Supplier Site
4. Click on Add to Cart
5. See error message:
1. oracle.jbo.ValidationException: JBO-28200: Validation threshold limit reached. Invalid Entities still in cache
2. 0-Error:
