On : 12.1.3 version, Concurrent Manager Issues
Intermittently, 2 to 3 times a day, the Internal Concurrent Manager (ICM) log file shows the following warning message:
Unsuccessful in ping of node APPS-03, error reported: Node Timed Out.
Internal Concurrent Manager found node APPS-03 to be down. Adding it to the list of unavailable nodes.
Process monitor session ended : 19-SEP-2016 07:42:08"
The ICM log file does NOT contain any other message and requests are processing normal
